You can receive your order at your address or at any pick up point.
How long does it take to get my order?
Shipments within Portugal and Spain: 2-3 Business Days.
Shipments within Europe: 5 Business Days.

You have a term of 3 days from the moment you confirm your request.
The out of stock products are going to be available again?
Our collections are always limited editions, so when a product is out of stock we do not replace it.

Return and Exchange Processes:
How many days do I have to return my order?
Returns at Gracedition are always free, you have a maximum of 15 days from shipment date. The garments must be in perfect conditions (not used, not washed, with their inside and outside labels still attached, without repairs and with their corresponding purchase receipt).

If I have a piece without the label can I return it?
No, you cannot. From the moment the label is removed the return process cannot be performed.
How many days do I have to exchange my order?
We do not accept products exchanges.
Gracedition reserves the right to refuse returns outside the time limit, if the garments are not in the same condition in which they were sent and/or if they do not comply with our return conditions.
What can I do if my product has a defective or faulty product?
If, under rare circumstances, you have received a defective or faulty item, the only option is to return back the product and we ensure a new one.
